Formerly known as NZ Cascade given it’s US breeding origins, this mild hop gives life aromatically to light and refreshing summer ales.  Best for late hop additions or dry hopping, Taiheke has a grapefruit/lime personality of its own.

Typical Alpha Acid Content 6%-8%
